These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by REM Digital (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services & Engagement
REM Digital offers digital marketing, go-to-market strategy, website development, social media management, and analytics consulting. Services may be project-based or ongoing under a subscription model.
2. Scope of Work & Revisions
A detailed scope of work will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, 3–5 rounds of revisions are included per deliverable. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All final deliverables are the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment. REM Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms

Projects: 100% payment due upfront prior to commencement.

Subscriptions: Billed monthly at the agreed rate.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is current.
5. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with Thirty (30) days’ written notice.

No refunds will be issued for project payments or partially used subscription periods.

Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all sensitive information as confidential. NDAs can be negotiated if required by the Client.
7. Limitation of Liability
REM Digital shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to deliver business outcomes, no guarantees of specific results are implied.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
